• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the coy77 Platform — including registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or claiming a Bonus — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if registered, contact coy77 support to close your Account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and coy77 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

To register and maintain an Account on the coy77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

coy77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify that any or all of the above eligibility criteria are met at any time, including at the point of withdrawal or following a significant change in account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within 72 hours of the request may result in Account suspension.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only. The existence of multiple Accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same national identification number, the same device fingerprint, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, your Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify coy77 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. coy77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact coy77 support immediately via live chat. coy77 will temporarily lock the Account pending investigation. Any Wagers placed during a period of suspected unauthorised access will not automatically be voided; coy77 will review such cases individually.

coy77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification may be requested at any point during your account lifecycle, including but not limited to: prior to processing your first withdrawal, following a cumulative deposit threshold, or following unusual account activity.

Documents that may be requested as part of KYC verification include:

• Proof of Identity: A copy of your Indonesian national ID card (KTP), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification. The document must be current, clearly legible, and show your full name and date of birth.

Deposits made via e-wallet are typically credited to your coy77 Wallet Balance within two minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during operational hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Deposits made outside operational hours may be credited at the next available processing window.

You must only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are prohibited. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering control.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically 5–15 minutes during 08:00–23:00 WIB on Business Days.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI): typically 15–60 minutes during 08:00–23:00 WIB on Business Days. Inter-bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals submitted outside operational hours will be queued and processed at the opening of the next operational window.

coy77 does not charge any fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which coy77 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or placed on hold where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the Account is under investigation for suspected Prohibited Activity; (c) active Bonus Funds subject to rollover requirements remain in the Account; or (d) a dispute relating to the Account is pending resolution.

coy77 reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing any single withdrawal exceeding Rp 50.000.000 or where the cumulative withdrawal activity of an Account triggers an AML review threshold.

coy77 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail with respect to that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above only. coy77 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility to Players who have completed KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit multiple claims.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the rollover requirement specified in the promotion terms before they may be withdrawn. Rollover requirements are calculated on total Wager amount, not net wins or losses.
• Rollover requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not met the rollover requirement within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.

• Bonus Funds may not be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash before rollover requirements are satisfied.

All Wagers placed on the coy77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market, which are published within the Platform interface and updated periodically. The following general rules apply to all Wagers:

• Wager confirmation: A Wager is deemed accepted only upon the Platform returning an explicit confirmation message and a unique bet reference number. Wagers that are not confirmed due to a technical failure, connection interruption, or insufficient Wallet Balance are not valid and will not be honoured.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, game type, and account status. These limits are displayed within the Platform at the point of Wager placement and are subject to change without notice.
• Odds and game outcomes: For sportsbook markets, odds are subject to change up to the moment a Wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the Wager is settled, regardless of subsequent market movements. • Void bets: coy77 reserves the right to void any Wager where: the Wager was placed on the basis of an obvious pricing error; the event was cancelled or abandoned prior to completion; or the outcome was determined under conditions materially different from those in force at the time the Wager was accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the coy77 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another individual, using stolen payment credentials, or deliberately misrepresenting your identity or eligibility for any purpose.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or market, including chip dumping in card games.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place Wagers, access accounts, or interact with the Platform without human input in real time.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to reduce variance without genuine play risk, or other techniques that abuse the spirit of promotional terms.
• Arbitrage abuse: Exploiting pricing errors or discrepancies between coy77 markets and other platforms in a systematic manner that constitutes an abuse of the Platform rather than legitimate skill-based wagering.

• Minors gambling: Registering an Account on behalf of, or permitting access to the Platform by, any individual under 21 years of age.

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party infrastructure issues, or force majeure events.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game outcomes, or account balance calculations caused by system errors, provided that coy77 takes prompt corrective action upon discovery of any such error.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers that affect your experience on the Platform.

Where coy77's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, coy77's total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude liability for: death or personal injury caused by coy77's negligence; fraudulent misrepresentation by coy77; or any other form of liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indonesian law.

coy77 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including engagement in any Prohibited Activity.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Requests by the Account holder to close the Account voluntarily, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the Platform or via support.
• Inactivity: an Account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly administrative fee of Rp 10.000, which will be deducted from the Wallet Balance until the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email before the dormancy fee commences.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any Wallet Balance, including cash funds, may be forfeited at coy77's discretion. Where an Account is closed at the Player's voluntary request, any remaining verified cash balance (net of any unsatisfied rollover requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's designated withdrawal method within 5 Business Days of the closure request.

coy77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
